Join the Tri-City Tappers and learn how to tap dance
Tap dancing is fun and anyone can learn, regardless of age or previous dance experience. When you learn to tap dance, you will enhance your cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility and coordination. Tap dancing builds strength in the legs and feet while increasing flexibility in the hips, knees and ankles. Learning to tap dance also enhances your cognitive abilities. This is very important as we get older. You will learn new tap steps, combination and dance routines while developing both mental and muscle memory. Tap classes focus on musicality, rhythm and timing. You will enjoy great music selections, both contemporary and old time favorites, as you learn tap steps and combinations. Best of all, join the Tri-City Tappers and make some wonderful new friends! Email the Tri-City Tappers at carolynewammann@gmail.com for more information. |
