Winners in Spokane Dance Competition
GOLD CHAMPS AGAIN
The Tri-City Tappers won two High Gold Championships in Spokane for both of their tap dance numbers during the MOVE Production’s Northwest Regional Dance Competition the weekend of
May 11-13 2012.
The event featured 387 dance troupes from all over the region competing in various dance forms from Jazz & Ballet, Hip Hop & Acrobatic, to Character & Tap.
Both of Kim Stock’s groups were placed in the 60 to 69 age group for their performances and wowed the judges! Other age comparable groups (five) were 30-39, 40-49, and 50-59.
“Twenty of my girls worked hard and did a wonderful job. I am humbled by the reception we received and simply so proud of all my dancers!”, a clearly moved Kim Stock said after the competition.
